Thanks, Cathy. I plan on doing at least one post per week, on issues. Like I wrote in the intro, everybody who is a member of SD51 DFL should feel free to send contributions. I will edit them, but I would like to see this is a participatory blog, a dynamic site.

Mike,
Thanks for putting this site together, it's great! I hope we can grow it to a place where ideas can be exchanged as well in time.

Thanks, Mary Beth, I have added a new page. I will create a calendar so that as each location is announced it will have the meeting times and locations.

Thanks for the catch. I was a little embarrassed because I knew that.

There will be a forum for people to learn about the demands and requirements to run a successful campaigns for state office, and we will be posting more details shortly. We want this to be an open process for candidate selection, and encourage candidates to learn how to run a successful campaign. Despite a misperception that Shawn was "chosen," this last election, it was an open process.

Watch this site for details.

I think Tom Tillberry represents 51B. 51A is represented by the Republican Tim Sanders.

By the way any ideas on recruiting a candidate to run against Sanders in 2010?
